Coconut Creek Home Flooded From Above

In this Coconut Creek home the flood was caused by the people living in the unit above them. They had a pipe burst causing the flood. SERVPRO of East Coral Springs was called to the job. We arrived very quickly to keep the water from spreading to help keep the cost down for our customer. Once the cause of loss was determined we began to extract the water. We set up our equipment to dry out the place. We used dehumidifiers and air movers. As you can see in the before and after pictures we ahd to remove the wood floors. It was another fine job done by SERVPRO of East Coral Springs the home owner was very happy with our results.
